Sonia York: My name is Sonia York. I am a food enthusiast. I have been fascinated with the many flavors and textures since I was a little girl watching and helping my mom in her kitchen. Much of what I know about food I attribute to her instruction and creativity in making delicious, beautiful, flavorful food with a sometimes less than bountiful pantry. She always found a way to fuse unlikely ingredients to make a crowd-pleasing dish in our house. She is my inspiration for creating unique dishes and experimenting with new flavors. Enjoy! ^^
